Sonji Irasha Spencer is a Writer-Producer and Filmmaker. She lives in Antigua, the larger of the two Caribbean islands comprising the twin-island nation of Antigua and Barbuda.

In 2006, she formed the independent production company Irasha Productions Ltd.

From 2006 to 2010, under Irasha, Sonji produced several corporate projects on behalf of a selection of Antigua and Barbuda's Government Ministries and statutory bodies. At that time, Sonji also worked closely with Executive Producer Barbara Barde and Senior Producer Linda Stregger of UP Front Entertainment in Toronto Canada to develop a television series.

It was also in this period that Sonji began serving in the media arm of Precision Centre - a member of CongressWBN.

Sonji Spencer is a writer-producer, filmmaker, and educator based in Antigua and Barbuda. Professionally trained in film and television production in Canada, she combines creative storytelling, technical production expertise and strategic thinking to develop compelling screen and written projects.

Irasha Productions is a creative studio focused on the development of original intellectual property for publication, film, television and wider industry markets.

Selected commissioned media projects have also been undertaken in Antigua and Barbuda.
