These objectives are met through three major components: cultural presentations, cultural exhibitions, and documentaries.

In 2006, Sonji contacted CBS Paramount to determine the availability of the Caribbean’s Next Top Model for production in the Caribbean. After receiving a positive confirmation,  in early 2007, Sonji contacted Barbara Barde of Up Front Entertainment in Canada to request a partnership to pursue the franchise. Under the tutelage of Executive Producer Barbara Barde and Senior Producer Linda Streggar, both of Up Front Entertainment, Sonji engaged the development process periodically over a two-year span. Satisfied that the venture could be well received in the Caribbean, Up Front and Irasha acquired the option from CBS in 2009. This collaboration did not go to production, however, Sonji's experience working with Up Front upon leaving Post Grad school was invaluable.
