POSITIVE BEHAVIOUR MANAGEMENT
Positive Behaviour Management (PBM) is a Ministry of Education programme supported by UNICEF that promotes positive approaches to managing children’s behaviour in schools and other care environments.

Through Irasha Productions, Sonji produced a series of video pieces, radio advertisements and jingles for the programme, including content adapted for social media

VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN
Is a campaign that was initiated by Antigua and Barbuda's Directorate of Gender Affairs. It consists of five PSAs addressing different forms of violence against women.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND RAPE
This campaign was initiated by Antigua and Barbuda’s Directorate of Gender Affairs with support from USAID. It consisted of five PSAs ranging in length from 30 seconds to five minutes.
Through Irasha Productions, Sonji partnered with the Directorate to co-write the narratives and served as producer, director and editor on all five PSAs.
This sample features the longest PSA in the campaign and addresses violence against women in the form of rape.

EPISODE 1
Thirty Years of Friendship Episode 1 is part one of a three part documentary on the bilateral alliance between The People's Republic of China and Antigua and Barbuda. Sonji produced it on behalf of the Ministry of Information, Broadcasting, Telecommunications, Science and Technology. She was also the writer, producer, director and editor of the piece. Footage of The People's Republic ofChina was provided by the Consulate of The People's Republic of China in Antigua and Barbuda.

Is a half hour pilot for a non profit consumer oriented programme intended to inform and educate the Antiguan public about various Antigua Public Utilities Authority (APUA) inititiatives. Under Irasha, Sonji developed, wrote, produced, directed and edited the pilot episode.
